BOB Basso

Prior to forming Cannae Partners, Mr. Basso was a Vice President and participating principal at Professors Capital, a San Diego, California-based real estate investment firm. While at Professors Capital, Mr. Basso sourced investments and managed due diligence on those investments around the country, principally focused on value-add office and land deals. Mr. Basso coordinated all aspects of the acquisition and disposition process for his investments at Professors Capital.

Prior to Professors Capital, Mr. Basso worked for Intel Corporation, where he negotiated licensing, support and IP agreements, and Washington Mutual, where he was part of the a credit risk team responsible for analyzing Washington Mutual's single family mortgage portfolio.

Mr. Basso received his M.B.A from the Haas School at U.C. Berkeley and a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

JAMIN SEID

Prior to forming Cannae Partners, Mr. Seid was a founding partner of Golden Gate Real Estate ("GGRE"). GGRE was a joint venture partner for institutional real estate investors acquiring office, R&D and industrial assets in the Bay Area. While at GGRE, Mr. Seid was responsible for the acquisition and asset management of a 550,000 square foot, $100 million portfolio in the Silicon Valley. At GGRE, Mr. Seid coordinated all aspects of the acquisition/disposition process - from property identification, to negotiation and due diligence, through to closing.

Prior to forming Golden Gate Real Estate, Mr. Seid was a Vice President and participating principal at Professors Capital, prior to Professors Capital, Mr. Seid was the Director of Real Estate for AllAdvantage.com in San Francisco and worked with Jones Lang LaSalle's Tenant Representation Group in the Silicon Valley.

Mr. Seid received his M.B.A from the Haas School at U.C. Berkeley and an A.B. degree in English Literature from the University of Chicago.
